My Physical Activity Experience





























Play table tennis in China is a very common thing, even children or olds are all love this game. They think this sport can not only exercise them but also can help them make more new friends. But I can not play this sport; even I did not know its rules. So this winter holiday, I decided to take table tennis classes in order to enrich myself.
I met my coach and the classmates when I came there at first time. My coach Mr.Liu was a nice person. He told the salesman to choose a racket for me, because I was a novice, so he chose a racket that was easy to use. The first class was how to hold the racket. There were two different of ways to hold the racket. The coach taught me all ways and told me to choose the most comfortable way I felt. After that he told us how to hit the ball correct. You must very pay attention to it; you need to look at this ball when it is come and hit it correct to make the ball come back to the other side. He demonstrated for us. And we began to practice this skill. I felt bored and tired soon. I understood how athletes painstaking at that time. They must practice again and again. Sometimes, they in order to practice this action well they have to practice this action thousand time.
When I went back to home, I went to bed early and sleep enough time. I felt wonderful when I got up on the second day morning. I thought sport can really change some bad habits. I always stayed up late in holidays. So my clock was opposite to a normal human’s life. I had to adjust it when I would come to school soon. These classes I took were helped me a lot. Although there were some difficulties in it, I also found some useful things from it.
Some people prefer to have a healthy lifestyle. It represents the sports, healthy food and seldom become mad. I think maybe this physical lifestyle is very healthy, but it is not suit me. I prefer to have many exciting things to do. So I think not everyone’s lifestyles are the same, to find their own lifestyles are the most important. But I will also take some sports try my best and these sports must be my favorite, such as roller blading, running and so on. Even you are very busy, you can not give up your sport time, or it is very dangerous. Because people in nowadays are always forget to do some good things for themselves. They stay up late, eat fast food, and seldom do sport, etc. These are all very harmful. But they do not pay attention to these questions, and when they become old, they always regret of what them over the past.
Friends, if you want to have a wonderful life. So do it now, and keep a healthy mood and body for yourselves.
